So sorry to hear of the passing of lily. I first met lily when she came over and attended Pat and i's wedding in 1974. I didn't see hear again until a few years ago when my brother in law Steve his friend and I went over to Scotland for a vacation. We all stayed at Lily's house. We had a great time and she treated us great. It was fun going to her club and even going to bingo. Lily introduced us to her family and friends and we had such a great time. A few years after that I got a chance to take Pat over to Scotland to visit lily again. It was awesome for Pat to visit her aunt and see her again after so many years.lily took Pat to where her mom and lily grew up..these trips over to visit her have given us lifetime memories. We know she will be watching over all her family .again so sorry and we will always keep her in our hearts. Pat and Bob Gross and family.

To my cousins "across the pond", I just wanted to express my deepest condolences on the passing of Lily. I can remember the times that she came to Canada and how bright and cheeryand funny she was, but my best memory of all was getting to visit her and a few of you in Scotland a while back. She made me, Bob and Paul feel very welcome in her home and she took care of us as if we were her own. I am so glad I got to spend some time with her, my only regret is never getting back to see her one more time. Losing a loved one is a very hard thing, but knowing her pain and suffering is no longer, takes a bit of the sting away. We have to think of what is best for her and not for us. She will live on in our hearts and our minds and her passing will get easier in days and weeks. To ALL of you I send my LOVE and BIG HUGS, Love from Steve, Cheryl, Nicole and Kim McGuigan
