Of Gloucester Road, Shrewsbury. Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on March 21, 2016, aged 75 years.

Beloved Husband of Rita, loving Dad of Adrian and Mark, Father-in-law to Tina, Antony and Kat, a dear Grandad to David and Chelsey, Brother to Robert.

David will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, April 14, 2016, at 2pm.

Family flowersonly please.

Donations if desired to be shared between the Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Renal Unit Patients Comfort Fund, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
