Derek Sydney
Mr John Tranter, Mrs Rosemary Abbiss and the Family of the late Mr Derek Tranter wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of over 250 of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The Parish Church of St Mary the Blessed Virgin, Stottesdon, Fabric Fund.
Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to his Doctors and to Staff at Brown Clee Medical Practice for all your efforts on Derek's behalf over the years.
To T.L.C. Care at Home and to the Paramedics for all that you tried to do for him on that very difficult morning.
To the Flower Shop in Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to Chris and Bob for your very warm and witty personal reflections of Derek during the Funeral Service, to all at The Fighting Cocks at Stottesdon for your very warm hospitality on a very wet day, for the excellent post-Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Reverend Mark Daborn and Organist Mrs Rosemary Griffiths for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of the life and times of Derek Tranter.
Thank you all.
