Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, aged 54 years.

Beloved Daughter of Christine and the late Bryan, Sister of Jefferey and Ian, Aunty to Donna, Daniel, Lianne, Stacey, Samantha and Jemmaand Great-Aunty to Sasha, Lauren, Samuel, Rhiannon, Harry, Hayden, Hollie-Mae, Noah, Finley and Laura-Lei.

Will truly be missed by all.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Friday, December 18, at 11am.

No flowers please.

Donations will be equally divided between The British Heart Foundation and Dogs Trust Roden.

No formal dress code. Football shirts please preferably AFC Telford.
