Funeral Service to be held at St Georges Methodist Church on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at 1.15pm, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for St Georges Methodist Church, for which purpose a collection box will be provided.
