If We Could Bring You Back Again

If we could bring you back again, For one more hour or day, We’d express all our unspoken love; We’d have countless things to say. If we could bring you back again, We’d say we treasured you, And that your presence in our lives Meant more than we ever knew. If we could bring you back again, To tell you what we should, You’d know how much we miss you now, And if we could, we would.

If roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me, place them in my mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek, and hold her for a while. Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day. But there is an ache within my heart that will never go away.
