Of East Road, Ketley Bank, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 11, 2015.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 27, at 1pm.
Black dress optional.
No flowers by request, donations if desired please to be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Shropshire Cat Protection League, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
