The Funeral Service shall take place on Friday, October 23, 2015 at St Chad's Church Pennfields at 12.45pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only, however donations would be gratefully received for Macmillan Nurses.
