WATT Peacefully after a short illness at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday July 21, 2015, Elsie Helen nee Smith aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Herbert, a much loved mother of Alice, Gordon, Allan, Helen and Robert. A dear mother in-law and proud and devoted grandma and great grandma. Very sadly and sorely missed. Funeral private at her own request.
