Funeral Service, 1.15pm, Tuesday, July 28, at St. Andrew's Church,Church Aston, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for Ward 28 of The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
