Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving Family, in the Severn Hospice, on July 5, 2015, aged 83 years.

A devoted Wife to Ray and a much loved Mum to Julie, a loving Mother-in-law to Paul, a treasured Nan to Luke and Lucie.

Sylv will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 1.45pm.

Dress code optional.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
