Passed away suddenly in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital after a short illness on Thursday, December 1, 2011, aged 57 years.

Dear Son of the late June and John, special Dadto Michael and Lee, Grandad to Jac.

Martin will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at St Matthew's Church, Criftins on Saturday, December 10, at 2pm, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only pleasebut donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support and the Renal Unit at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
