Sadly passed away after a long illness, on April 21, 2015, at Mary Stevens Hospice, aged 74 years.

Beloved Wife of Terry, Mother to David, Daughter-in-law Hannah, Nan to Zoe, Keeley, Lee, Lexie, Aiden and Chase.

She fought bravely right to the end.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, May 15, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please.
