Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving Family, on February 1, 2015, aged 32 years.

Much loved Fiancee of David, devoted Mum of Grace and James, beloved Daughter of John and Clare.

Emma will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 11am.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired for the Severn Hospice.
