Of Wellington, passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on October 19, 2011, aged 68 years.

Much loved Wife of the late Paul, loving Mum to Joanne.

Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, on Friday, November 4, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
