Of St Georges Road, Donnington. Passed away peacefully in hospital on October 11, 2011, aged 70 years. Dearly loved Husband of Rose, much loved Dad of Douglas and Debbie and beloved Grandad of Leanne, Laura, Amy, Georgia and Grandson Sam.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, October 26, at 1.30pm.

No black to be worn, football shirts preferably (staunch Liverpool supporter).

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for Ward 9 at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
