Passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his Family on October 4, 2011, aged 58 years.

Devoted and much loved Husband of Maxine, Father of Clare and Carl, Father-in-law of Richardand Vanessa, Grandad of Bradley, Charlie, Lewis and Evie.

He lived for his Family and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service and Interment, 2pm, Thursday, October 20, at St Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to be divided between the Severn Hospice Day Centre, The Brain Tumour Research Fund at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and ANON (Association of Neuro-Oncology Nurses), would be appreciated.
