Passed peacefully away on July 28, 2014, aged 74 years.
He will be sadly missed by loving Wife Janice and all Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Friday, August 8, 2014, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please but donations for Macmillan Nurses or The Dogs Trust will be accepted by
