Passed away peacefully on September 12, 2011, at Compton Hospice, aged 56 years.

Committal on September 26, Bushbury Crematorium, followed by Memorial Service at 10.45am, at St Michael and All Angels Church, Tettenhall, for Family and Friends.

Family flowers only donations would be appreciated to Compton Hospice.
