Of Heath Hayes, passed away peacefully at St. Giles Hospice, on June 27, aged 81 years.

Reunited with Husband Ted and also with Son Andrew, beloved Mother of Glenn, also a loving Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunty, Mother-in-law and Friend.

Service will be held at Stafford Crematorium, on Friday, July 11, at 3pm.

Family flowers only.
