Died peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, aged 53 years.
Beloved Sister of Trudy, treasured Friend to all her Support Workers.
She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Service at St Michael's Church, Forden, on Wednesday, September 21, at 12 noon, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.
Donations would be appreciated for ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital or R.S.P.C.A.
