Passed away suddenly at home on April 13, 2014, aged 63 years.
Beloved Husband of Alexis, dearly loved Dad of Charlie.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, May 2, 2014, at 1.00 pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please to be divided between NSPCC and The Dogs Trust, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
