Funeral Service at Trefonen Church, on Thursday, August 11, at 2pm, followed by Interment in Trefarclawdd Cemetery, Trefonen.

Family flowers only but donations gratefully accepted for The Head and Neck Unitat The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
