Mr Norman Appleby, Sylvia, Eddie and the Family of the late Mrs Joan Appleby wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Cancer Research UK.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all the Staff at Oldbury Grange Care Home for your wonderful care and kindness to Joan throughout her stay with you, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to Ebenezers Florists for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at the Black Horse Inn in Bridgnorth for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to Mrs Marjorie Brooks and Organist Mrs Carol Wall for leading a most comforting Service.
