Passed peacefully away at home on July 16, 2011, aged 49 years.

He will be sadly missed by loving Partner Dianne and all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Huberts, on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at St. Huberts RC Church, at 11am, followed by Interment at Quinton Cemetery at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations will be accepted for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
