MCDONALD (Boddam) Suddenly but peacefully (after a short illness), at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, on Thursday, July 7, 2011, Ian Gordon McDonald, aged 67 years (H.G.V. Driver, ASCo, Peterhead), dearly loved and cherished husband of Irene Bruce, 18 Lairds Walk, Boddam, a much loved and devoted dad of Ian and Steve, a respected father-in-law to Janice and Christine, a proud and devoted granda of Andrew, Jenna, Niamh and Scott, a dear son of Elizabeth and the late James, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead, on Thursday, July 14, at 1 p.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Longside Cemetery. Floral tributes welcome or if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers, at the hall door, for Wards 31, 32, 33, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
