Sadly passed away June 8, 2011, aged 15 months.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday, July 1, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Tipton at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Tipton Cemetery.
Family flowers only please but donations for Prader-Willi Syndrome Association will be gratefully accepted by:
