Sam would like to thank Family, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for their kindness and support on the sad loss of Helen.

Funeral attendance was excellent and over œ700 in donations for Severn Hospice has been greatly received.

Sam would also like to thank the Consultants and Medical Teams at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The University of North Staffordshire Hospital for the expertise and quality of care they provided to his Mother over the past two years.
