Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on April 10, 2011.
The Funeral Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, April 21, at 10am.
Family flowers only are requested, however your donations will support The Dialysis Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital.
