Passed away peacefully on April 4, 2011, at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and of Moel Isaf, Wern Road, Llangollen.

Terry was the devoted and beloved Husband of Sylvia, a loving and caring Father, Father-in-law and Grandad, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Funeral will take place on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, in St Collen's Church, Llangollen at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Pentrebychan at 1.30pm.
