Aged 60 years.
She passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on April 10, 2011.
Beloved Mother of Sam.
She will be sadly missed by her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, on Tuesday, April 19, at 12.15pm, followed by Burial at Wellington Cemetery.
Family flowers only please with donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford.
