Funeral Service, 10am, Friday, February 18, 2011, at Telford Crematorium.

Flowers will be acceptable or donations if so desired to be divided between the British Heart Foundation and the Alzheimer's Society forwhich purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
