Of Verbena Way, Great Hay, Telford, passed away peacefully with his Family by his side at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on January 31, 2011, aged 67 years, much loved Husband, Father and Brother.

Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, February 9, at Telford Crematorium, followed by refreshments at Shifnal Golf Club, (smart dress required).

No flowers by request but if desired donations for The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury would be appreciated.
