CLEMENTS

Reginald

Of Myford House Nursing Home and formerly of Briarwood, Brookside, Telford. Passed away peacefully on January 24, 2011, aged 77 years. A much loved Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at 3.20pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for Dementia UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
