Roy

Beloved Son of the late Janet Purvis, peacefully at New Cross Hospital on November 16, 2010, aged 36 years.

Formerly of Bridgnorth prior to studying to be become a Registered Staff Nurse and working in Stafford whilst living in the Wolverhampton area.

Beloved Nephew and Cousin, admired and charismatic Friend, much loved and is sorely missed, whose memory will be forever cherished.

Funeral Service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth on Friday, December 10, at 11.45am, to be followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for a charity to be announced, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at both venues.
