Passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on November 21, 2010, aged 67 years.
Beloved Husband of Shirley, loving Father of Jillian, Michael, Jeffrey, Stephen, Kelly, Curtis, and Jordan and a much loved Grandad.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 4.15pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
