Funeral Service to be held at Trinity Church, Newport, on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at 11.15am, followed by Committal Service at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between Trinity Church and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at Church.
