Of Middleton Road, Oswestry. Beloved Husband of Shirley and the loving and much loved Dad to Tanya, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 22, 2010.

The Funeral Ceremony will take place in St Oswald's Parish Church,Oswestry, on Wednesday, November 3, at 11.30am, followed by Interment in Oswestry Cemetery.

Family flowers only are preferred, however your kind donations, in Bern's memory, will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The MacmillanNurses.
