Matthew, Sally, Adrian, Jane, Ben and Beryl would like to thank Family and Friends for their kindness and support during this sad time.

A special thank you to John James and to Dr James Ballantye, Nursing and Reception Staff at Clive Surgery for the care and friendship shown to Dad whenever he attended there and in particular during his recent illness at home.

Thanks go also to Sam Matthews and United Services for the excellent catering and facilities they provided.

The donations received for Cancer Research and Alzheimer's Society are very much appreciated.
