Of Parish Close, Dawley, passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on October 12, 2010, aged 73 years, much loved Husband of Joan, cherished Dad of Debbie, Teresa and the late Maria, devoted Grandad of Carl, Leanne, Sam, Jay, Shoshone and Matthew and a Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Friday, October 22, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome or if desired donations for Asthma UK would be appreciated.
