Passed away peacefully at Worcester Hospital, on September 27, 2010, aged 51 years.

A much loved Daughter, Partner, Mum and Nanny who will be sadly missed by Buffy, Charlie, Gerry, Samantha, David, Charlie-Mae, Rio and all her Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, October 8, at St Michael's Church, Stourport-on-Severn, at 10am.

Family flowers only please with donations if desired to The Air Ambulance.
