Of Juniper Drive, Trench. Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 21, 2010, aged 68 years. Beloved Husband of Julie, dear Dad of Paul, Adrian, Nicola and Peter and a loving Father-in-law, Grandfather and Great- Grandfather.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, October 1, at 1.45pm.

No black to be worn please.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The County Air Ambulance Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
