Passed away on Friday, September 3, at New Cross Hospital, aged 76 years.

The Funeral will take place at Hurst Hill Methodist Chapel, on Tuesday, September 14, at 1.30pm, followed by Interment at Beacon Cemetery at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only, donations to the Bastable Family.

I remember the day I met you and the day God made you mine, I'll remember the day God took you and will till the end of time, I had someone precious that money could not buy, I had a special Husband but had to say goodbye but when I saw you sleeping so peacefully from pain I could not wish you back to suffer that again.

We sat beside your bedside and held your hand with love, we kissed your brow with tenderness and prayed to God above, in tears we saw you sinking and slowly fade away, although our hearts were breaking we knew you could not stay.
