Beloved Husband of Janet, dear Father of Mark and Neil, Father-in-lawof Cerys and Juliann and loving Grandfather of Kieran and Daniel.

Funeral Service, 2pm on Thursday, August 26, 2010, at St Swithun's Church, Cheswardine, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to bedivided between St Swithun's Church, Cheswardine and Ward 29 at The North Staffs Royal Infirmary, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
