Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 22, 2010, aged 71 years. The Funeal Service is to be held on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Streetly Crematorium at 1pm.

Grandad You’re in our thoughts. Please know how much you are loved and how much your loss is felt by us all. It will be the little things that we shall remember, the quiet moments when you would sit in your room with your legs up watching countdown not wanting to be disturbed. The smiles, the laughter and the times you would crack a joke with your dry sense of humour. And although it may seem hard right now it will be the memories of these little things that help to push the pain away and bring the smiles back again. You were a favourite to everybody a kind, warm hearted man and would never fail at making your loved ones smile. I just want to say one thing and hope you can hear me in the sky above. You mean the world to me grandad, you’re the star I will always wish upon and you will shine so bright. That light I will always see. Grandad Brian. Rest in peace. You are gone but never forgotten. The world’s greatest in many of our opinions. I love you. God bless.
