The whole of the Maddocks Family would sincerely like to thank Friends and Neighbours for their kindness support and lovely messages of sympathy received on the sad loss of our Mum and Nan.

Thanks also to everyone for theirattendance at the Funeral, for the very kind donations amounting to œ420 in aid of Ward 21 Trust Fund at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital to the Nurses and Carers at Isle Court Nursing Home, to Cannon William Price for conducting the Funeral Service and tothe Funeral Directors Grindall's of Wem for their kindness.
