Audrey Jean
Died peacefully at Cheswardine Hall, on Monday, July 19, 2010, aged 90 years. Much loved Mum, Grandma and Great-Grandma.
Her Funeral will be on Wednesday, July 28, at 3pm, at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane, TF2 9NJ.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
No black please.
