Of The Rock, Telford, passed away peacefully in Zakynthos, Greece, on July 8, 2010, aged 54 years. Beloved Wife of David, loving Mom of Emma, Lisa, Carly and Christie and devoted Nanny of Megan and Ava.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between The Dogs Trust, Roden and Hilbrae Kennels, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

To know Annette was to love her; you couldn't help it. She was beautiful inside and out, and had such an affect on so many people. She willl be missed by so many and I willl hold her memories and her love in my heart forever. May you rest in eternal peace Annette, I love you so much, Gina x
