Tragically died Tuesday, July 13, 2010, aged 35 years.

The Funeral Service will be held at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall on Monday, July 26 at 10.30am.

No flowers thank you but donations to Equilibrium, The Bipolar Foundation, wouldbe most welcome at The Service.
