Private Cremation followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Market Drayton, on Monday, July 19, 2010, at 2pm.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The Lymphoma Association for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
